I want to share my experience because I've found it very helpful to designate a certain amount of time just for you. Yoga helps your mental as well as physical health and I enjoy teaching beginners so that they can learn these practices too.

About the lesson

I use a personal approach, to enable you to learn postures, breathing exercises and connecting with your body. Yoga will help you with aches and pains, stress, flexibility and strength. I am available for both online or in person lessons in Cork.
