About Pooja

I'm a yoga instructor/therapist. I have done B. Sc and M.Sc in yoga Therapy in regular mode from svyasa yoga university, bangalore. I want to teach yoga to people so that they can understand the real meaning of life is health, happiness and to be in the present moment not materialistic things.

About the lesson

My method is simple. Daily yoga practice is the essence of good health. In one hour of yoga practice, you will be able to do asana, pranayama, meditation and relaxation based on your body stature and at the end of yoga session you will be in complete relaxing state of body and mind.
