About Elise
As a DMA graduate in Piano Performance and an experienced jazz tutor, I dedicate my teaching to advanced artistic growth. Two years of focused instruction have refined my approach to mentorship. Standards remain high.
I work with students preparing for Berklee, Juilliard, and similar conservatory-level jazz programs. Every lesson aligns with audition and performance expectations. Clarity leads to confidence.
We explore harmonic complexity, rhythmic independence, dynamic control, and improvisational storytelling. Technical drills are tied directly to repertoire. Precision supports creativity.
My passion lies in unlocking each student’s individual musical voice. I challenge pianists to think deeply and play boldly. Together, we prepare for advanced jazz performance with purpose.

My approach to piano instruction focuses on connecting theory with performance. Everything we study has a clear purpose. Learning must be practical.
